I was looking for a Korean movie called “Marathon,” so I went to my local DVD rental store. I had a pleasant surprise. When I found it and took it up to the counter, I found out that they were having a special on old DVDs. They only charged me 70 yen for one week. I couldn’t believe how cheap it was! Unfortunately, I forgot to take the DVD back by the return date. I had to pay an extra 210 yen. In the end, it wasn’t so cheap after all. (by Prof. Douglas Jarrell)
