It is said that staying up late is bad for the health. One researcher concluded that people need six hours of sleep every day. If people sleep too little, it’s bad for the health. If they sleep too much. it is also bad for the health. People who sleep less than six hours a day have a 12 percent higher risk of dying prematurely. On the other hand people who sleep more than nine hours per night regularly may live a shorter life, too. Recently, I tend to go to bed late because I study or have a chat with my friends. Sometimes I have trouble in classes because I feel very sleepy.
