Another big typhoon (No.19) is approaching Japan. I don’t remember how many typhoons have hit Japan so far this year because there have been too many. But I remember that the last one (No.15) was powerful enough to leave hundreds of thousands of homes without electricity for a long time, especially in Chiba Prefecture.
