The Nobel Prize Award Ceremony 2016 was held on December 10 in Stockholm, Sweden. There are six prizes altogether, and this year, a Japanese scientist won the Medicine Award. It went to Osumi Yoshinori for his work on autophagy. The big surprise was the Literature Prize. It was given to a songwriter for the first time. Bob Dylan got the award for his songs with beautiful, moving words. I was happy to see the Peace Prize go to President Juan Manuel Santos of Colombia.
