This is a true story. It happened in Portland, Oregon, at the beginning of this month. A pizza deliveryman was on his way to a house with a pizza when he had an accident. He couldn’t deliver the pizza, so two policeman delivered it for him. The man who ordered the pizza was very surprised to see the policemen at his door, but he started laughing when they gave him the pizza. He thanked them and asked if he could take their photo. It is said that staying up late is bad for the health. One researcher concluded that people need six hours of sleep every day. If people sleep too little, it’s bad for the health. If they sleep too much. it is also bad for the health. People who sleep less than six hours a day have a 12 percent higher risk of dying prematurely. On the other hand people who sleep more than nine hours per night regularly may live a shorter life, too. Recently, I tend to go to bed late because I study or have a chat with my friends. Sometimes I have trouble in classes because I feel very sleepy.
