I like to go for a walk every day. I started walking about one hour every day last year at the start of the pandemic. Everything was closed for three months, and I wanted to get out of the house and breathe fresh air.
I still go out for a walk almost every day now. I don’t get bored because I listen to a podcast while I’m walking. Besides, the neighborhood is full of flowers. Right now one of Japan’s most beautiful flowers is in bloom: the hydrangea . It comes in many colors, but my favorites are deep blue and purple. (by Prof. Douglas Jarrell)
